This role involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Planning and Scheduling: • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency. • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. • Adjust production schedules as needed based on changes in demand, equipment availability, and other factors. Inventory Management: • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods. • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs. • manage supply chain and delivery schedule • Forecast procurement needs based on production schedules, inventory levels, and market trends • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements. • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns Quality Control: • Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and regulations. • Monitor production activities to identify and address quality issues. • Work with quality assurance teams to develop and implement corrective actions. Process Improvement: • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost. • Implement process improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices. Communication and Coordination: • Serve as a liaison between production, engineering, sales, and other departments. • Provide regular updates on production status, potential delays, and other critical issues. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain issues. REQUIREMENT: • Excellent and proven personnel management skills • Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. • May occasionally be required to lift or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English and Korean QUALITIFICATION: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus. EDUCATION : • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. EXPERIENCE: • Over than 3 years of experience in production control, manufacturing, or a related field. • Experience with production planning software and inventory management systems.
