Position: SQE Engineer Location: COVINGTON, GA JOB SUMMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Investigate physical failures and defects including delamination, cracks, and voids using advanced microscopy and analytical techniques • Direct/indirect/chemical/outsourcing supplier quality control in aboard • Standardize and control of incoming/SQE control document (incoming inspection criteria, SOP, etc.) • Supplier visit for quality stem/regular/ theme audit • Coordinate supplier quality improvement program through regular supplier rating system • Control of incoming measurement tool and incoming operators • Root cause investigation and take systemic corrective action for supplier/outsourcing quality issue • Perform incoming inspection of key materials for continuous improvement • Supplier change management to prevent side effect by unauthorized change • Hazardous Substance Control of incoming material (RoHS) REQUIREMENT: • ability to be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings and observations • Must be able to travel internationally as needed • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
