Position: CHEMICAL ANALYSIS ENGINEER
Location: COVINGTON, GA

JOB SUMMARY

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Chemical analysis to verify concentration of key process
• Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses using ICP-MS instrumentation
• Operate and maintain ICP-MS equipment, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting any issues
• Analyze and interpret data, preparing comprehensive reports for review by cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with colleagues in R&D, production, and other departments to address quality-related issues
• Stay abreast of advancements in ICP-MS technology and implement best practices in the laboratory
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold company quality standards
• conduct chemical tests assess the composition, structure, and properties

REQUIREMENTS:
• ability to be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings and observations
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• knowledge of quality control principles and regulatory requirements

QUALITIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Strong understanding of chemical principles
• Familiarity with various analytical techniques and instruments
• Experience or knowledge with ICP equipment
• Understanding for material engineering
• proven experience in chemical analysis within in a laboratory setting
• Bilingual preferred (English/Korean)

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Material Science/chemical/electronic/Mechanical or related field)

EXPERIENCE:
• 7+ years of experience in substrate or semiconductor process quality engineering work with Chemical Analysis
• 5+ years of working experience in semiconductor or substrate manufacturing site
