Drive innovation in materials interactions and chemical processes to meet the demands of next-generation semiconductor devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and process development, to ensure effective integration of chemical solutions. Oversee R&D of new chemistries for ALD, CVD, etching, and cleaning in semiconductor processes. Manage the development of CVD/ALD precursors and etchants for high-volume semiconductor production. Lead projects, manage resources, timelines, and ensure high-quality chemical solutions that meet customer requirements. <strong></strong>Qualifications:</strong> Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields. 10+ years of experience in chemical development for semiconductor manufacturing, with emphasis on thin films, deposition, or etching processes. Experience at companies such as Applied Materials, LAM, or TEL is a plus.
