Position: Principal Chemical Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Reporting To: Head of US CoE

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of novel chemical processes for advanced semiconductor equipment, particularly in deposition, etching, and cleaning technologies.
Drive innovation in materials interactions and chemical processes to meet the demands of next-generation semiconductor devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and process development, to ensure effective integration of chemical solutions.
Oversee R&D of new chemistries for ALD, CVD, etching, and cleaning in semiconductor processes.
Manage the development of CVD/ALD precursors and etchants for high-volume semiconductor production.
Lead projects, manage resources, timelines, and ensure high-quality chemical solutions that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in chemical development for semiconductor manufacturing, with emphasis on thin films, deposition, or etching processes.
Experience at companies such as Applied Materials, LAM, or TEL is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
