One of our global Aerospace companies is seeking candidates ranging from Junior to Senior Level for the position of FEA + Hypersizer Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an FEA + Hypersizer Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and utilizing Hypersizer software for structural analysis and optimization in our engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using industry-standard software.
2. Conduct structural analysis and optimization using Hypersizer software.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of structures, components, or systems.
4. Generate reports and documentation detailing analysis results and recommendations.
5. Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices related to FEA and Hypersizer analysis.

Requirements:
1. Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
2. Intermediate Level: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
3. Senior Level: Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
4. Proven experience in conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.
5. Proficiency in utilizing Hypersizer software for structural analysis and optimization.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of aerospace or automotive industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $223,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
