2. Job
2-1 In Line Packaging Engineer
Request experience :
Experience: 3 years in Process Engineering Packaging Plant.
Desirable background with Memory Devices.
 Education: Engineering.
 Background at least on significant portion of the following In Line processes:
• BSG Tape Laminator and Removal, Die Expander/Separator, Backgrinding/Polisher, Laser Grooving, Stealth Dicing,
Plasma Cleaners, Dicing Saw, Laser Saw, Die Attach, Flip Chip Bonder, Wafer Mounter, Wire Bonder.
 Background on materials for Packaging: Tapes, Gold Wire, Substrates and others.
 In Line processes controls background.
 Desirable background on Failure Analysis and knowledge on respective Lab Capabilities.
 MS-Office user.
 Language: Fluent in English.
 Personal style: Teamwork approach, self-starter, multitasking

2-2 Packaging New Technologies Engineering Manager
Request experience :
Experience: 5 years in Packaging Plant. Desirable background with Memory Devices.
 Education: Engineering. Specialization in Semiconductors will be highly appreciated.
 Background at least on significant portion of the following processes:
• In Line: BSG Tape Laminator and Removal, Die Expander/Separator, Backgrinding/Polisher, Laser Grooving, Stealth
Dicing, Plasma Cleaners, Dicing Saw, Laser Saw, Die Attach, Flip Chip Bonder, Wafer Mounter, Wire Bonder.
• Backend: Molding, Plasma Cleaners, Ball Mounter Line, Laser Marking, Ink Marking, Laser Cut, Singulation.
 Background on materials for Packaging: Tapes, Gold Wire, Substrates and others.
 In Line and Backend processes controls background.
 Desirable background on Failure Analysis and knowledge on respective Lab Capabilities.
 MS-Office user.
 Language: Fluent in English. Desirable Korean.
 Personal style: Teamwork approach, negotiator profile, self-starter, multitasking.

2-3 Product Engineering Manager
Request experience :
 Education: Electronics Engineering or equivalent level.
 Experience: in technical management, technical knowledge related to semiconductors memory products,
manufacturing process optimizations, Engineering Team coordinating, people management techniques and
leadership profile.
 MS-Office user.
 Language: Fluent in English. Korean is desirable.
 Personal style: Teamwork approach, self-starter, multi-tasking.
