System engineer

 Job description

·         Responsible for system integration, test & verification, debugging & optimization for wireless communications systems such as DAS, Repeater

Essential Skill and Knowledge

·         General understanding of all system blocks such as various RF/Analog integrated circuits (LNA, Mixer, RF VGAs, PLL, ADC/ DAC circuits), digital blocks (FPGA, DAC/DAC, DDC/DUC, CFR/DPD).

·         Sufficient understanding on RF specification of wireless communications systems such as DAS, Repeater

·         Troubleshoot, generate test scenario and write technical documents

·         Proficient in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

·         Should have a good understanding of engineering concepts, and must show aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.

·         Good team working skills

Good to have knowledge or skill

·         Experience with test equipment such as VSA, VSG, Network Analyzer

·         The understanding of wireless communication technologies such as CDMA, W-CDMA and LTE. 

·         The understanding of DAS, small cell & repeater

·         Knowledge on CAD tools such as ADS, Spice and Matlab.
