이력서는 이미 보냈어요. 그쪽에서 통화하고 이런 파일이 왔거든요.

Amdocs 라는 회사에 송송송 님의 이력서를 보낼려고 하는 것 같습니다.
다른 리쿠르트 혹은 staffing firm을 통해 중복으로 님의 이력서가 Amdocs로 지원되는 것을 막기위해, 이런 문서에 사인하는 것을 요구하는 것 같습니다.
지난 1달간 다른 staffing firm을 통해 Amdocs에 지원하지 않았고, 이ㅣ 회사와의 조건에 문제가 없다면, 사인해줘도 될 것 같습니다. 그런데 이 포지션이 Amdocs에 직접 고용되기보다는 contractor로 이 회사를 통해 고용되는 것처럼 보이는 군요.

네 제가 계약직으로 하려고 하고 있거든요. 한국에서만 경력이 있어서 여기서 일단 project 경력이라도 쌓으려구요. 혹시 나중에 중복되더라도 제가 이 쪽을 선택하면 되는거 아닌가요? 문제가 될때 penalty 같은게 있나요 ?

죄송한 말씀이지만 이정도의 레터를 해석 못하시고 어떻게 미국에서 일을 하시려고 하죠? 놀리려는게 아니라 실제로 궁금해서 묻는겁니다.
