• 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Annual renewal of license to practice law in Georgia or other state(s).
• Top law firm experience and strong academic credentials required
• In-house or corporate experience preferred but not required
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Education Requirement: Law-Juris Doctor or LLM
• Experience: 3>5 years of experience

4. Job Information
The Corporate Counsel for the Heavy Equipment business will be responsible for a wide range of transactional, compliance and corporate governance, litigation, intellectual property, and employment matters. Qualified candidates must be fluent in Korean and English.

5. Role & Responsibility
Legal Review
• Assist CEO on a variety of corporate matters including governance, finance and corporate transactions.
• Review and negotiate various commercial and transactional agreements
• Identify risks and propose alternative structures to mitigate risks involved in transactions and contracts
• Work on intellectual property matters as necessary

Cross Team Integration
• Work collaboratively with internal clients in AP and Korea on a variety of legal matters
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and other discrete projects as needed
