The Corporate Counsel for the Heavy Equipment business will be responsible for a wide range of transactional, compliance and corporate governance, litigation, intellectual property, and employment matters. Qualified candidates must be fluent in Korean and English.5. Role & Responsibility
Legal Review
• Assist CEO on a variety of corporate matters including governance, finance and corporate transactions.
• Review and negotiate various commercial and transactional agreements
• Identify risks and propose alternative structures to mitigate risks involved in transactions and contracts
• Work on intellectual property matters as necessaryCross Team Integration
• Work collaboratively with internal clients in AP and Korea on a variety of legal matters
