Logistics Supervisor • Manage Inbound/outbound • Support a manager to manage a Warehouse • Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory / Conduct daily, monthly and annual inventory • Resolve any arising problems and complaints in timely manner • Collaborate with trucking and yard management teams to manage logistics operations reliably. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices Logistics CSR • Manage incoming phone calls • Track record of over-achieving quota • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Skills & Abilities: • Excel skills • Understanding of warehouse process • Proficient computer skills, including: email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive • TMS/GWMS 운용 가능 우대 • Communicate in English I agree to the terms of service Update List
