Job Description •Audio Conferencing – experience with popular digital voice systems. •Video Conferencing – experience with Polycom, Cisco/Tandberg, other video conferencing equipment providers. Polycom video bridge support, MSOutlook interoperability. Implement installation, instruct and coordinate client use of video conferencing systems/applications. Familiar with QoS and how it relates to video conferencing. •Web Conferencing – Good knowledge of MS LiveMeeting, NetMeeting, GOTOMEETING, TeamViewer and Polycom web streaming applications and technologies. •Audio/Visual Equipment Support – Configure or troubleshoot laptop/desktop A/V presenter equipment, Polycom CMA server and gatekeeper, and other peripherals throughout the company. Online monitoring of various equipment and call logs for remote call centers. Assist with equipment setup at new offices (may include some travel). •Serving as initial point of contact for walk ups and escalated ticket inquiries for internal applications, hardware, printers and remote technology •Logging, categorizing and actioning all incoming ticket activity in the Helpdesk Desk application •Following up on any outstanding issues with customers regarding status and closure of incidents/requests •Manage user accounts updates, password resets •Troubleshooting and resolve all hardware, software and network problems •Escalate issues to third level support teams •Document procedures, FAQs, and inventory of assets •Must be willing to travel up to 10% of time Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology training with 2 to 4 years' experience in desktop support including audio/visual equipment use and set up. •Must give excellent oral & written communication skills in both English and Korean •In depth knowledge and practical application of video conferencing technologies and protocols (H.323, SIP, H.264, etc.) •Ability to deal effectively with senior and mid-level executive/management teams in resolving technical conferencing issues and questions. •Ability to test, troubleshoot and work independently to resolve both customer and executive issues or problems. •In depth knowledge and experience in systems wide audit and security controls. •General Windows operating systems experience. •General help desk experience. User support in large size company environment. •Basic networking understanding and skills including firewall compliance with video standards. •Independent problem solving skills. •Some on-call or after hours work may be required. •Strong working knowledge of core applications including Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Imaging Software, and Active Directory •Experience with Helpdesk ticket tracking software and knowledge of remote desktop support tools •Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined SLA's •Be able to work as a team member •Any Android mobile phone support experience is a plus •Knowledge of Windows XP/7, Office 2007/2010/2013, PC hardware, Remote Support and VPN *Bilingual (Korean/English) Additional information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
