About Job 

Design Center of Wellspring Industry Inc. is seeking a “hands-on” 
self-motivated individual who can execute concepts, develop design 
and prepares visual presentations, both paper and digital mediums 
from initial development through completion. 

Design Center of Brand Marketing and Advertising designs, creates, 
and produces high-quality and business-relevant communications 
to internal, consumer and business audiences for a variety of 
Wellspring products and initiatives. 

Graphic Designer Job Duties 

· Prepares in-house graphic design, print and archiving of marketing 
including brochure, mailers, advertisements, website material, posters, 
logos, etc. 

· Plans concept by studying information and materials. 

· Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding 
arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. 

· Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. 

· Daily maintenance and inventory of advertising department tools 
and equipment 

· Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, 
printers, etc. 

· Able to meet deadlines by both clients and internal management. 

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

· Performs other duties as assigned by manager. 

Skills/Qualifications 
· Degree in graphic design with 1+ years professional experience. 

· Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly 
changing priorities with enthusiasm 

· Graphic design and layout, original creativity with attention to detail 
and deadline-oriented 

· Expert level proficiency with MAC, PC, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, 
Photoshop, MS Office Suite. 

· Knowledge of interactive design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, 
AJAX, JQuery, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, Action Script (or some 
combination) a plus.
