Pre Sales Engineer – Enterprise Middleware Software Products, Mainframe rehosting solution

Position Summary:
Pre Sales / Technical support for the North America region.
As a Pre Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for pre sales and technical support for senior account managers.
You will also be responsible for maintaining existing account relationships.

Qualifications:
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Minimum 5 years experience in pre-sales and technical support of software applications (preferably to the financial, insurance, government and other industry verticals)
* High level of responsiveness to prospect and customer inquiries
* Good understanding in open system middleware products is plus
* Mainframe application development or administration experience is plus
