About Our Company
FRONTICS is a South Korean corporation established in 2000. We have developed a non-destructive test method of “Instrumented Indentation Testing” technology to measure the mechanical properties of material and are selling related test equipment. This superior technology has been published to ISO/TR29381 in 2008 and can be attached to existing pipelines or facilities and test in a non-destructive manner.
Through joint research with our current customers in the US, mainly research laboratories of major oil companies, significant progress has been made and inspection service companies have considered adopting our technology which raised requirements for the establishment of FRONTICS AMERICA in DesPlaines, IL.
We are currently looking for qualified person to contribute to our organization as Sales & Marketing Coordinator and to grow with us.
Position Description – Sales & Marketing Coordinator
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to our three (3) existing sales agents as well as developing and training new sales agents as necessary.
Major duties will include, but not limited to, maintaining a positive relationship with sales agents and providing support (training, marketing, sales, public relations, etc.) and keeping aware of sales agent’s activities.
Person in this role must also be responsible for cross-functional roles in administration and technical knowledge/support.
Ideal candidate will be able to quickly understand FRONTICS products, self-motivated, personable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Candidate will also be required to provide support in reporting to the headquarter office in South Korea.
- Support existing sales agents’ activities
- Develop and train new sales agents
- Customer service/public relations
- Support equipment delivery and user training
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
