업무 내용:
-	고객들로부터 희망가격 정보 수령
-	브로커/부품공급업체와의 이메일/전화 연락을 통해 실제 입수가능 부품가격 조사
-	입수 견적가를 고객에게 Feedback
-	입수 견적가에 동의한 고객들로부터 PO 수령
-	주문 전 브로커/부품공급 업체와 최종 가격협상 실시
-	브로커/공급업체로부터 Quantus로 기한 내 물품 발송되도록 모니터링
-	수령 물품상태 확인 및 주문 고객으로의 배송 준비
-	인보이스 작성 및 대금수령
-	지속적으로 견적 제시가, 주문, 배송상태 및 대금지급 상황 점검

지원 요건:
-	학력: 고졸 이상
-	언어: 영어 및 한국어 능통자 
-	거주지: 얼바인 사무실에서 대면 면접 필수이므로 현재 남가주 거주자에 한해 지원접수 받습니다.

급여 수준:
-	기본급: 시간 당 $15~$20 (경력에 따라 결정)
-	성과급: 추후 협의

We are an electronic part purchase and sales company established in 2006. Parts include IC (integrated circuits), connectors, boards, etc. These parts are used in from majority of electronics we are using currently to machinery and equipment in industries and even military.

The company is located in Irvine, California and business hour is 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Duties:
– Receive quote requests from customers
– Obtain actual quotes from various brokers and suppliers by contacting email or phone call
– Send back the actual quotes to customers
– Receive purchase orders from clients who accepts our quotes
– Negotiate final price with brokers or suppliers and place orders to them
– Receive shipment from brokers and suppliers on time
– Prepare and send shipment back to customers
– Prepare invoices and collect payments
– Keep track of quotes, orders, shipments and payments

Requirement
– High School Degree Required
– Must be fluent in both English and Korean
– Must be residing in California (for having face-to-face interview)

Pay Rate
– $15~$20 per hour + Performance Incentive (based upon the range of Net Income, will be discussed in near future)

H1-B Visa Sponsorship
– Willing to Provide only for those who have currently been retaining OPT or H1-B VISA
