    Primary Responsibilities

    Partnering with the existing leadership in the studio and with WW studios of the company, the Senior Project Manager/ Development Director will provide overall leadership to ensure the effective functioning of the studio and own responsibility for the delivery of the product slate. Key responsibilities include:

    – Complete ownership of the product slate and ensuring game titles are launched on time, on quality and within prescribed budgets

    – Partner with the creative leadership in the studio to optimize the trade-off between quality, time and cost for product issues while focussing on the company’s business objectives

    – Maintain the overall delivery plan for mobile games products including defining the project scope, reviewing delivery schedules, resource plans, monitoring key risks and driving appropriate mitigation plans, and motivating the team to achieve a common project goal

    – Ensure that clear, overall and interim goals for the whole team are set, communicated and tracked

    – Proactively anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks

    – Establish effective Project Management processes and ensure these are working, followed and continuously refined

    – Think outside the box in a challenging and sometimes ambiguous environment; being resourceful and creating constructive and innovative solutions

    – Report progress, risks and issues at project, Studio and World-Wide levels in a timely and transparent manner

    – Adopt company-wide best practices, technologies and tools for gaining eficiencies during product deployment

    – Address challenging motivational situations and coach in areas of personal strength

    – Building a strong, effective relationship with other studios; Effectively partner with peers outside of team to establish alliances and aid in strategic planning and execution

    – Strong communication skills in English and Korean

    Additional requirements

    – Minimum work experience of 6 years.

    – Significant leadership experience to include line management, extensive software development and project management experience

    – Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills, effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.

    – Strong development and production background in the entertainment technology industry, preferably gaming, will be preferred.

    – Proven project management track record

    – Solid experience of development / creating partnerships that optimise resource opportunities

    – Ability to operate at senior executive levels (strong influencing skills)

    – Strong people manager of teams in excess of 50 people

    – Degree level or equivalent education preferably with computer science or equivalent
