Management of People: To lead the cross-divisional product team including setting business objectives to drive performance.2. Marketing Planning: To oversee the development of mid-term and long-term product strategic plans in order to give direction to annual product plans to meet agreed company and marketing goals.3. Forecasting: To use modeling and forecasting tools to forecast future trends and business needs.4. Implementation of Plans: To ensure effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes.5. Monitoring: To monitor progress against designated promotional plans to ensure corrective action can be taken if deviations occur.6. Cross Functional Working: To contribute to the work of cross-functional product teams to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing and sales of the products.7. Market Intelligence: To analyze and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources, including market research to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date and appropriate for input into decision making.8. External Relationships: To manage a range of relationships with key contacts, opinion leaders and agencies in line with marketing goal.[Job Requirements]1.
