[Job description]
1. Establishing and maintaining a highly responsive relationship and effective communication with customers, sales reps, peers and other departments within company to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Setting clear customer expectations and following through on commitments associated with all service activities.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
4. Providing service installation, repair, maintenance and etc in accordance to customer’s entitlement (contract, warranty or trade).
5. Drive business results by actively participating in FSE Lead Programs with the intent of driving potential sales opportunities and increasing revenue.
6. Adhering to Company’s business priorities associated with FSE utilization, call closure and parts inventory management.
7. Maintaining up to date technical knowledge for assigned products.
8. Partnering with colleagues and the Solution Unit acting as an internal resource on technical issues.
9. Adhering to environmental health and safety guidelines.
[Requirement]
1. BS Degree in Engineering (Bio-medical, Electronic, Mechanical and etc.) or equivalent work experience
2. Demonstrated ability to perform hands on maintenance, installations and selected repairs on diagnostic instrument
3. Ability to solve, high impact problems related to product availability, typically system/solution focused
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
5. Strong customer relationship skills are needed
