Title: Technician assistant manager

Responsibilities:
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solution
• Build positive relationship with customers

Qualifications:
• Excellent computer skills
• Preferred bilingual in English and Korean (not must)
• High school diploma/GED required
• Preferred an experience in information technology or technical support
• Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems
