Johns Creek에 위치한 회사에서 아래와 같은 조건으로 Human Resource Generalist를 채용중입니다.

Salary: $52K + (depending on the experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Plan day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, 
      worker’s compensation, life insurance, 401k plans).
    - Provide customer service on quality benefits plans, research new benefit programs to improve existing programs, and 
      monitor benefits administration.
    - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    - Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
    - Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations
    - Prepare onboarding kits
    - Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area.
    - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR 
    - ADP Payroll systems experience preferred.
    - HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, and GPHR) is preferred.
