The Building Repair Manager oversees the maintenance and repair of industrial facilities, ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently and effectively. They work closely with various supervisors and contractors to coordinate repair activities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, overseeing repair projects, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring the timely completion of all repair work. The Building Repair Manager also plays a key role in emergency response planning, facility inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and safety.Qualification Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• State-approved contractor license preferred, but not required.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in industrial facility maintenance and repair.
• Experience with managing large-scale repair projects in an industrial setting.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
