IT 전공 우대, 비전공자 지원가능 Job Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Technical Support Location: Austin/Dallas, Texas Salary: Negotiable Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time Sector: IT An IT support company with international client base, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT technical support personnel to join our team to provide on-site support to one of our US clients in Dallas Texas. You will assist our clients with problems in operating and managing their integrated security system in both SW and HW, over the phone and via remote control access tools. Some SW configuration or modification will also be required as per client request. The role would involve a large variety of skills but not limited to SW or HW testing, trouble-shooting and liaising with engineers in different parts of the world to resolve issues. You will sometimes be expected to travel a short distance to another site with the US to resolve issues. An ideal candidate will hold a degree level of education in an IT related discipline, however, it is not essential. Any experience in IT security or IT network environment would be an advantage. You must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with a solid experience in consulting and/or customer relations. High degree of commitment and willingness to learn is essential. Any experience and/or knowledge in the following field is a plus: • SW / HW testing & maintenance • Windows XP/ 7 embedded OS • Computer network and communication architecture • Client-server architecture I agree to the terms of service Update List
