V1 said traffic in the eastbound lanes had stopped as she crossed over into the median. V1 said when traffic completely stopped, she attempted to go straight into the parking lot. V1 said that is when V2 turned right into the same parking lot and hit her vehicle causing minor damage. V2 confirmed the sequence of events.
