It’s not a terrible offer, although it seems it is not at somewhere near the top end of the L6 salary band. I think GCP is still far behind AWS in terms of maturity. There will be a lot things one can work on and produce meaningful results, which will help advance this person's career with in the company. I would get an offer from AWS and compare. There are others who provide value-added cloud solutions on top of AWS, GCP or Azure. Especially the companies who are building up AI-related cloud offerings are looking for competent people all the time. I agree to the terms of service Comment
