Home Forums US Life 수의대 입학 질문 수의대 입학 질문 Name * Password * Email A couple of suggestions for you. TAMU stands out as having an overall superior program compared to LSU or WSU. While LSU and WSU are quite similar, each has its strengths and weaknesses. Hard to pick one. Baton Rouge has terrible weather, amazing food but zero Korean restaurants, there are some safety concerns near school but people in school are lovely. I don’t know a lot of Pullman. The weather might be better but the city may be too boring as it is in the middle of nowhere. I think LSU will offer a better clinical experience than WSU. Define your ultimate career goal early on. Determine if you want to work with small animals or large animals. If it's small animals, decide if you want to specialize, become a general practitioner (associate vs practice owner), or work in emergency medicine. Gain practical experience during breaks by working as a technician or volunteer in various settings to know what you want to do when you grow up and what you are good at. If research interests you, reach out to your mentor as soon as possible to get involved in a project. There will be a ton of projects that you can participate in. Have good relationships with your classmates, technicians, clients, and supervisors, as veterinary medicine is a team sport, not an independent sport. Learn to integrate well with people and find joy in working closely with them. Always be thankful and humble for the opportunity to work with amazing animals. If you truly are, you will love being a veterinarian. Good luck. I agree to the terms of service Comment
