나보다 글 솜씨 좋은 아내가 쓴 편지임….

My name is B K and I visited your office first time on 2/21/2019 for a crown procedure on my left lower molar. My family used to go there even though they do not any more.

Recently my molar got cracked and I am waiting for extraction. My dentist said crown procedure has never been performed on that molar that you charged me for crown. It was merely a filling, not crown. The filling was removed only recently. But I could see that the molar had too much pressure which caused a fracture down to the root right after the procedure.

In my opinion, this is an intentional deception. I had the plastic crown first and it was comfortable. After gaining some trust and waiting for two weeks, I had the “real crown” procedure and the pain started. There was no crown procedure was performed, the fact that I just learned about. It was merely a filling and the bite pressure and pain were big. I ended up breaking the root of the molar giving me jaw infection in 2019.

I visited your office the first time on 2/21/2019 and the total amount of the receipts I gathered for the number of times I visited until 3/21/2019 shows $2,377.00 including the recommended special exam fee in the Bloomingdale ($170).

I ask you to refund my charge by 12/31/2022 before I escalate this case to the next level.

Not only did I pay a lot of money for what you deceptively said to be crown, your filling procedure permanently cracked my molar. I should have not trusted you. I may have to visit a lawyer specializes in medical fraud with the evidences if this issue is unjustly addressed.

-Sincerely,

Brad
