yes, if they don’t rip you off.
but normally they already rip you off.
so, don’t worry about tip.

I guess that’s the case of small shop.
if you go to some decent size shops,
no way to contact with mechanic unless you call them.
you drop your car at front desk/counter and pick it up
from same counter.
you only talk to manager or counter clerk.
you not gonna tip to manager or counter clerk.

계산서에 책정된 Labor charge를 보면 tip 주고싶은 맘 전혀 없던데요. 주위에서도 차고치고 tip준다는 사람 못봤네요.
