My wife got a ticket about HEADLAMP REQUIREMENTS ( Vehicle Code : 24400 VC) and MANDATORY USE of SEATBELTS CHILD (Vehicle code : 27360.5(A) VC) in CA.

I am wondering if you may help me figure out that those violations are in the court list of moving violations. Does my wife need to attend Traffic School ?
