A Korean biomedical researcher in the field of molecular genetics and medicine received CIS EB2NIW Approval in 25 days without RFE!
Recently, our law firm succeeded in helping a Korean research scientist apply for a green card in the EB2NIW classification and get her petition approved in 25 days.
The client is a postdoctoral researcher working for the research projects to conduct pioneering research on the gene regulation of neuronal development and disease at a U.S. university, one of the best RNA biology research institutions. It is estimated to affect 1 in 8,000 people worldwide and nearly 40,000 individuals with the disease in the United States alone. To date, there is no cure for this disease, nor any treatment that can delay its progression. She has made original research contributions to research studies on myotonic dystrophy by investigating the molecular mechanisms of the disease and developing a gene replacement therapeutic approach. Additionally, as one of the key scientists in the very important research projects funded by NIH, her current research efforts are aimed at understanding the molecular mechanisms of neurodevelopmental diseases, particularly autism. With nearly 2 millions of Americans estimated to be affected by autism and autism spectrum disorders, the applicant’s research benefits will be national in scope, which can be achieved through her specific experience in developmental RNA processing research and discovery of the molecular pathogenesis of RNA mediated disease.
The client has published 3 scholarly papers in highly esteemed professional journals, Neuroscience Letters and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the U.S.A. (PNAS), and provided four invited presentations at national and international conferences.
