• E-commerce C/S Associate (Entry Level)

Role/Position Requirements and/or Preferences:
• 고객 주문 답변 및 처리 가능
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 국내 출장 (주말 포함) 가능
• MS Office 프로그램 (Word, Excel 등) 숙련
• 1년이상 관련 경력 우대
• 뛰어난 영어/ 스페인어 구사 우대
• 미국에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 신분 (H1B, J1, OPT 비자 스폰서 가능)

• Answer incoming inquiries and processing orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to attend domestic trade shows (travel on the weekends)
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
• 1+ Year of relevant experience – preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or Korean/ Fluent in English) – preferred

Scheduled and Expected Work Hours:
• This is a full-time position – standard 40 hours per week (8-hour per day basis)
• Applicant must report on-site in person – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
• This is NOT a remote position
• Potential for overtime hours (subject to workloads)

Compensation Package + Employee Benefits:
• Starting $20 (determined after the interview)
