    Summary
    This role will provide essential accounting and AP (Accounting Payable) operations and includes
    supporting treasury and tax function by using professional judgement directly affecting the accuracy of
    the organization’s financial and operating performance.

    Role and Responsibilities
    Proactive and inclusive attitude: working in newly established organization combined with a mindset suited for working in a large company
    Accounting Operation: routine finance entry & posting
    AP (Accounting Payable) Operation: vendor registration, managing invoices and so on
    Utilizing the Expense Reporting System
    Supporting treasury functions: firm banking entry, bank recon/closing
    Supporting tax filing: organizing tax data and coordinating with external tax advisory
    Training other employees
    Performing other duties as assigned

    Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
    • US CPA qualification preferred or holder of sufficient college credits holder to be eligible for the qualification
    • Microsoft Excel, Collaboration, Advocating, Multitasking, Critical thinking, Mathematics and so on

    Experiences
    • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
    • Experience working at a large company (preferred)
    • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
    • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
    • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
    • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
