If the tenant vacates the leaded premises before the end of the lease term without written permission from the landlord, the leased premises then is considered to be abandoned, and the tenant is in default of this lease agreement. Under these circumstances, the tenant may be responsible for damages and losses allowed by federal, state and local regulations.
