HR Operations Specialist (Entry – Intermediate Level)

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 yearly depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.

Responsibilities:
– Manage daily HRIS operations and lead system upgrades to meet organizational needs while ensuring compliance.
– Support department heads by facilitating HR responsibilities and promoting efficient workplace operations.
– Manage sensitive HR data, including talent and payroll information, ensuring secure storage and precise analysis.
– Maintain knowledge of U.S. labor laws to ensure HR practices are compliant.
– Collaborate closely with local and regional management on various HR processes like onboarding and performance management.

Qualifications:
– 0 to 3 years of experience in HR, especially with HRIS.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Bilingual in English/Korean preferred.
