Summary
IT manager will be responsible for partnering with the business in analysis of process and information needs to clearly identify and document project requirements for technology solutions. This role will serve as a strategic partner between business clients, technical development staff, vendors and third-party administrators.
Responsibilities
Analyze product performance and redesign as required
Design, develop and manage activities from product definition & planning to production and release
Develop the product strategy and roadmap
Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support
Communicate analytical insights and progress on implementation to internal stakeholders
Define the scope of a business requirement, decide the approach and produce the specification
Defines interfaces among systems components to ensure interoperability
Oversees large, complex, more important solutions or more than one solution, including planning
Initial trouble shooting and cause analysis in case of application system
Maintain and modify JAVA based Logistics system
Research for the enhancement or improvement of IT systems
Collaboration with Internal Operation teams, Customers, Vendors, and 3rd party vendor
Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot transaction flow for EDI and API
Manage Application Performance Monitor
Train users for new or modified functionality
Data management requested by users
Develops and maintains system documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Create and deliver functional documentation for related applications that support business operations

Experience in the development and writing of detailed, actionable requirements and functional specifications Required
Excellent business analysis, test planning, activity planning skills Required
10+ years of hands-on end to end IT systems development or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Required
Effective leadership skills, a demonstrable ability to motivate project teams and maintain effective relationships with business representatives independently Required
Have a good understanding and extensive knowledge of Logistics industry concepts Required
Ability to manage all aspect/stages of software development life cycle (Agile environment) Required
Good written and verbal communication skills: must be able to effectively convey and document designs and processes Required
DB Programming Experience (PL/SQL or T-SQL) Required
Java, .NET, C#, Javascript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, DOM, Git/SVN Required
Education & ExperienceBachelors Degree Required
8-12 Years of Experience in Information Technology Required
10-15 Years of Experience in Information Technology Preferred
