Job Summary:
As a technician, you will work onsite as part of a dedicated team, responsible for updating vehicle module software. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with local customer (GM) management to ensure all needs are met and uphold the team’s standards. This is a fully on-site position in Warren, MI.

Essential Functions:
-Understanding SW updated procedure and necessary trouble shooting through communication with LGE development team
-Manage weekly/daily SW release plan and planning SW update schedule for each site
-Involvement SW release activity with OEM and LGEVU/LGEHQ development team
-Prepare regular status reports to communicate test and module results to customers using standardized systems for error reporting.
-Update and maintain Reflash device setups (Reflash-benches, in-vehicle systems, Tools, etc.)
-Analyze and determine issues; check the similar/same issue history, design test plan (location, models, basic)
-Other duties as assigned

Education and Technology Skill Requirements:
-Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential for creating the test reports
-Ability to maintain positive working relationships
-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-Effective communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
-Related to Vehicle job experience
-Hands-on experience in electronics, vehicles, or similar fields
-Diagnostic tool usage
