    Hiring Maintenance Manager

    Job description:

    Summary of Job Description:
    Involves maintaining the premises, managing utilities, and ensuring a safe working environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Analyzing and improving defect rates, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to minimize defects.
    2. Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment to minimize
    downtime and maximize efficiency.
    3. Create and implement preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshooting equipment failures, and coordinating with
    external contractors managing the layout of the plant floor to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth workflow.
    4. Overseeing the repair and maintenance of the premises, ensuring a safe and functional working environment.
    5. Managing Utilities such as electricity, air conditioning, and water management to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
    6. Implementing safety upgrades within the production plant floor to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe
    working environment.
    7. Creating yearly plans for facility maintenance, outlining maintenance activities and budgets required for optimal facility
    performance.
    8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing the maintenance budget by forecasting expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring
    cost- effective maintenance practices.
    9. Management of KPIs, MTBF, and MTTR
    10. Establish and implement cycle time management
    11. Wood pattern management

    Education/ Qualifications:

    -A degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
    -Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment are essential.
    -Understanding principles of mechanical systems, automation, robotics, and maintenance strategies.
    -Understanding of the CAD system.
    -Proficient computer skills
    -At least 5-8 years of work experience in the manufacturing setting.
    -Strong leadership and management skills.
    -Communication and Interpersonal Skills
