– working hour: M-F 8~5pm
Responsibilities:
– Inventory Management and Support: Oversee new, returned, and loaner PC inventories, including preparation, tracking, and deployment; manage equipment shipments and data storage for legal purposes.
– PC Setup and Maintenance: Install and configure software on new PCs, perform upgrades and repairs, test new models, and create/update deployment images; handle peripheral devices, VDI support, and security updates.
– User and VIP Support: Provide technical assistance for various issues including VDI, email, and printers; prioritize and support VIP requests; and support auditing, security, and legal teams as needed.Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– 1-2 years experience preferred, not mandatory
– Bilingual Korean / English preferredBenefits:
