Job Description:Main Function:
The Korean Bilingual Specialist will utilize their bilingual skills to support various business functions within the company. This role involves communication with Korean-speaking clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Communication: Serve as a liaison between Korean-speaking clients, customers, or colleagues and the company, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Support Services: Provide bilingual support in areas such as customer service, logistics, and administration.
Documentation: Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations as needed to support business operations.
Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, schedules, and communications between English-speaking and Korean-speaking stakeholders.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints from Korean-speaking clients or customers efficiently.
Market Research: Conduct market research to support product development and marketing strategies tailored to the Korean market.
Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of services and products provided to Korean-speaking clients.
Qualifications:Language Skills: Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience: Relevant experience in a professional setting that utilized bilingual skills.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, customer service platforms).
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Skills:
