1. Job Objectives:

The Sales Team Manager is responsible for the overall cost activities of SCA products for customers.
(ex. HMMA, KMMG, HANON System)
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : Participation in bidding for new models, Parts Price Negotiation (Design cost, Purchasing cost, Initial cost), Investment Cost negotiation
(Tooling cost, Checking Fixture cost), EO Cost negotiation (Parts Price, Tooling Modification Cost), and Internal cost analysis conduct for ensure the profitability

2. Role and Responsibilities:

• New business winning activities
: Make bidding planning and activity
• Make a sales plan (1 year)
• Responsibility for Cost management for ensure the profitability
: Analysis internal price, make quotaion and negotiation initial price
• Inverstment cost negotiation : Tooling Cost and Checking Fitxture cost
• Customers management & Response
: Resolving requirement from customers, Identifying customers trends

3. Qualification:

• A bechelor’s degree
• At least 8~10 years of professional work experience of Cost analysis (for Hyundai and KIA motors)
• Well understanding of the work process in Hyundai and KIA motors
• Working knowledge of make quotation
• Good communication skill and positive can-do attitude
• Excellent at problem analysis and solving
• Proficient use of Hyundai motors IT system (ex. Vaatz System, I-CIMS etc)
• Drawing analysis ability
