if I were you, I would get a job at a K-BBQ restaurant, work hard and learn how to run the business.
then once you feel you are ready, go somewhere in mid west, open up a small restaurant.
life is after all, all about making money and there is nothing more rewarding than having your own business.
what you learn from running your business will become yours and you will see how the money works.
