    Summary
    The Senior Analyst, 3PL East Coast will coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound traffic regarding transportation of cargo in and out of the U.S., as well as coordinating and maintaining trading operations.

    Compensation
    $50,000-$62,000/Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    Responsibilities
    Oversee Ocean In/Outbound Operation and Provide Customer Services
    Provide exceptional customer service
    Monitor and update in/outbound schedules (A/W & MLB)
    Provide daily follow up to in/outbound accounts (tracing reports twice/day, including weekends if needed) via phone and/or e-mail
    Monitor cargo data to validate prior to sending notifications to customers
    Coordinate trucking (dispatching, tracking, tracing, prevention of detention/demurrage/Chassis and other charges)
    Coordinate warehousing, storage, additional trucking, and final delivery to customers’ facilities
    Provide Inland Transportation Services
    Provide daily operational services, including trucking dispatch of inland transportation
    Daily communication with truckers, shippers, customers, and brokers
    Support managers to prepare for RFP
    Research rates, routes, truckers, for new customers
    Create Monthly Reports for A/R and A/P for Local and Overseas Agents
    Process all A/R and A/P invoices
    Create reports for accounting departments
    Follow-up on aging invoices with customers
    Prepare Hyundai Glovis Korea settlement reports; reconcile data on weekly and monthly basis
    Provide support for all administrative tasks from management as needed
    Support Trading Operations
    Monitor and handle in/outbound trading cargo
    Daily communication with trading clients, vendors, and overseas agents
    Prepare for letter of credits with bank(s) and responsible parties
    All Other Duties as Assigned

    Qualifications
    Skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Proficient with PC skills: MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Outstanding problem solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    Bilingual English/Korean preferred

    Education & Experience
    High School Diploma/ G.E.D. Required
    Three 2-5 Years of Experience in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, and Carriers Required

    Physical Requirements
    Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
    Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
