Require experience in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Industry
Prefer Logistics CSR experience
Responsibilities

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company`s global reach
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Reporting to the management
Monitor all Customer Service communications to ensure excellent customer communications and response times to the customers both external and internal
Mainaining Updating process and procedures for the customer service operations
Assisting Customer Service Staff with duties where required
Oversee the operations of the Customer Service roles
Work with different departmental teams to determine priorities based on cutoffs and customer requirements
Ensure all paperwork is provided to the dispatch, warehouse, inbound and finance groups within the allotted window to meet the customer and company cut off timelines
Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships
