Position: Technical Sales Support Associate

The Technical Sales Support Associate will be responsible for both internal and external communication with regards to customer support, product returns, quality control, vendor management and technical sales support.

Areas of responsibility:

– Troubleshooting technical issues with existing customers to facilitate repeat purchases.

– Assist Sales team in product demonstration and technical inquiries.

– Actively update and monitor tech support tickets.

– On/Off-site product support – 95% online and 5% on site.

– Product testing and inspection for existing products and assist product development.

– RMA management

Qualifications:

– Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients

– Excellent planning, and organizational skills

– Bilingual (Korean & English) a plus but, not a must

– Ability to work collaboratively, team-player
