From the very start they were very communicative. I had to move bedroom furniture, TV, tv stand glass coffee table and boxes from NJ to Virginia. A person came to see my things and spoke with Tony to give me a smaller truck and same day delivery and gave such a reasonable estimate. It was much better than other companies I had gotten quotes from plus their reviews were nice so I decided to go with them. They disassembled and reassembled my bed within that price.
On moving day they came on time and were very efficient in wrapping my furniture and putting everything in the truck. The guy who disassembled my bed did it carefully and reassembled it on arrival as well very nicely. They were all very careful with my stuff. I had made colored notes on each box to indicate which room they would go and they followed that on arrival. All my stuff came in good condition. I was very happy using them especially when I was so nervous to use a moving company to go interstate. There were no hidden fees at the end. This was my 1st experience with a moving company and I would highly recommend them.
