    MoA Staffing currently seeks a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United
    States (US) to help technical staffing needs for South Korean conglomerates.
     The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals,
    especially Telecom Data, Software, System, and Network Engineers, for consulting and direct
    hire opportunities within client organizations. Additional duties include the following;
    o Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identify candidates for
    open positions
    o Utilizes multiple internet resources, including the Technical Recruiters own creative
    networking techniques to source candidates
    o Tracks and manages all candidate and client interaction in Beeline, Strategic
    Staffing’s CRM/ATS tool
    o Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates “fit” and technical
    competence and funnel the overall pull of candidates to “2” candidates for each job
    opportunities from strategic staffing partners
    o Present career opportunities to qualified applicants
    o Negotiate candidate’s contracts and terms of employment
    o Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management to ensure all
    active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully

    Requirements
     A Bachelor's Degree is required.
     Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting IT Professionals
     1 year experience in a staffing environment
    The MoA staffing’s new practice for South Korean Conglomerate strategic partners is becoming
    extremely deliberate in scaling a client companies IT capability by providing IT staff augmentation for
    clients. We are expanding domestically in-region (Plano, TX) and out of region (Mountain View, CA,
    New Jersey, NJ, etc.). Due to client organization’s recent investments in technology, we need to
    ensure those growth with doubling and tripling the size of our staff augmentation recruiting practice
    to support the incoming work.

    ultimately find the best IT talent in the marketplace would thrive in this position. You will work with
    what is considered one of the best, if not the best ATS system on the market. In addition to learning
    the processes and tools, you will gain valuable skill sets which can be used both inside and outside
    of the workplace.
