The Accounting Specialist /Manager is a key member of APT team. Our team is seeking an experienced accounting Specialist/manager and utility player who will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day accounting. This individual should enjoy a dynamic work environment and providing key financial data to the team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare and analyze month end financial reports
Prepare and post all general journal entries throughout the month
Perform detailed review, analysis, and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
Accounts receivable and collections
Accounts payable
A/P and A/R entry and reporting
Payroll
Costing
Assist in the budgeting process
Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
Communication with vendors
Required Qualifications:
BS degree in Accounting
3 years of accounting experience in a similar role
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
Must be able to multi-tasking and problem solve
English / Korean (Required)
