Position Title: Finance Specialist

Date: June 20, 2019Position Overview:
The Finance Specialist will hold responsibility for handling all aspects of the Accounting function for LEEHAN America, Inc. and will insure compliance with all aspects of Accounting processes and practices. This position is responsible for achieving the most effective practices and procedures for profit stability and improvement for LEEHAN America.Primary Responsibilities:
• The Finance Specialist will maintain all books including, but not limited to, receivables, payables, journal entries, payroll, general ledger, tax filings, monthly and annual reports
• Accurately and efficiently process team member payroll
• Provide day-to-day compliance will all areas of accounting
• Responsible for company vendors and special projects as assigned
• Responsible for maintaining the General Ledger
• Make sound, ethical financial decisions
• Confirm and verify preparation and filing of required quarterly and annual tax filings
• Troubleshoot problems with invoicing and conduct invoice reconciliation
• Assist with monthly billing, including matching back up documentation and preparing invoices for mailing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with others including Team Members and customers
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
• Answers and routes incoming calls
• Coordinate office visits when needed
• Assists office guests with needed beverages and refreshments
• Assists current and incoming team members, visitors with housing accommodations when needed
• Establishes and maintains filing systems
• Ability to follow written work instructions, diagrams, etc.
• Promote team oriented environment and good work ethic
• Maintain and promote good housekeeping
• Maintain and promote a safe working environment
• Predictable attendance is a must
• Other duties as assigned by the companyEducational Requirements and Experience:
• College Associate in Finance, Accounting Preferred
• Zero to Two (2) years progressive experience in an Accounting role
• Previous experience in an Accounting role in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotiveOthers

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, Various accounting software productsBenefits
