Polytech Fibers is a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in producing regenerated polyester staple fiber. Our products serve a vast array of industries, including the non-woven, filter & cleaning media, healthcare, furniture, outdoor gear, automobile, and geotextile industries.

Primary Duties
Purchase raw materials for production at the appropriate pricing, quality, and volume in accordance with the production schedule
Monitor raw material inventory level
Manage vendor relations
Proactively communicate with production, sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure purchasing strategy aligns with business goals

Requirements
Entry level welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in Korean and English
Strong communication and negotiating skills
Ability to work well in a team

Compensation/Benefits
Salary: DOE
70% coverage for health insurance
401K: 100% match for 3%; 50% match for additional 2%
