Responsibilities:
– Create and manage master timelines for seat program refreshes, as well as new program launches
– Develop program scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
– Ensure resource availability and allocation
– Develop a detailed program plan to track progress – including regular review meeting& for project timing/status with management and all stakeholders.
– Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope; schedule and costs
– Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
– Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch of programs
– Perform risk management to minimize project risks
– Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
– Ability to travel to customer sites for meetings, updates, launch support, etc.
– Ability to travel to Korea as needed for the pilot build

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
– 3+ years of automotive experience required
– Bilingual in Korean and English
– Preferred – 3+ years of Program Management experience
– Preferred – Tier I automotive experience
